Product Description

If these substances are not removed before the fuel enters the system, they will cause rapid wear and failure of fuel pumps and injectors due to the abrasive effect of particles on the high-precision components used in modern injection systems. The fuel filter also improves performance because fewer pollutants are present in the fuel, and the more efficiently it can be burned.
The fuel filter requires regular maintenance. This is usually the case of simply disconnecting the filter from the fuel line and replacing it with a new filter, although some specially designed filters can be cleaned and reused many times. If the filter is replaced irregularly, the filter may become clogged with contaminants and restrict fuel flow, resulting in a significant decrease in engine performance because it is difficult for the engine to draw enough fuel to continue normal operation.
